Just follow these steps to move your number to Kastelo GIGS:
1. Open the Kastelo app
Tap on Move now on the Move your number to Kastelo banner to start the porting process.
2. Enter your number
Type in the cellphone number you want to move and select the current network provider for that number.
3. Confirm your details
Make sure everything is correct, then swipe to confirm your port request.
4. Wait for your OTP via SMS
Your current network will send a One-Time PIN (OTP) via SMS to the number you're moving.
5. Reply with the OTP
Simply reply to that SMS with the OTP you received. This confirms that you're the one requesting the move.
6. Porting schedule
If approved by your current network, the move will be scheduled for between 19:30 and 22:00 that evening. Once the port is complete, we will let you know, and your number will be active on Kastelo GIGS.
